Artichoke dip with cream cheese

If you have a little Taverna Cheese left over, a dip is a good and easy way to avoid wasting food. Roast the garlic in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.

Allow the garlic to cool and drain the canned artichokes.

Blend or stir all the ingredients together in a food processor into a uniform dip and season with lime and white pepper.

Tip! If you wish, save a little of the garlic and artichoke and chop finely.

Fold this into the dip to give it a lovely texture.
