Burger with chicken, bacon and grilling cheese

Crisp slices of Taverna Grilling cheese are certainly no exception. Perfect for BBQ´s and cosy Sundays on the sofa.

 

Method

 

Garlic dressing:
Mix 100 ml of Greek yoghurt with two tbsp of mayonnaise, one pressed garlic clove and salt and pepper.

Guacamole:
Combine 1 avocado with 2 tbsp of Greek yoghurt, ½ a clove of crushed garlic, a few red onion rings, lime juice, salt, pepper and a small fresh chilli (optional).

Marinade the chicken breasts for an hour in a mixture of soy sauce, red balsamic vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper.

Fry the bacon in a pan.

Cut the grilling cheese into slices and fry the slices in the pan.

Cut the chicken breasts into slices and fry in the pan.

Toast the burger buns in the oven and spread with garlic dressing.

Build the burger as shown and serve with extra guacamole and garlic dressing.
