Greek Beef with salad

This is an easy recipe for a delicious dinner, with Greek steaks cooked on the grill or in the frying pan. The Greek steaks are given an extra mild and creamy taste by the goat’s cheese, which goes in the salad to make this simple meal a litte more refined.

 

 

Method

Crumble the cheese and mix with the beef, garlic and herbs.

Shape the minced beef into patties and fry or grill over direct heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until thoroughly done.

Cut the tomatoes in half and peal the cucumber.

Split the cucumber lengthways and cut into 1 cm slices.

Place the tomatoes, cucumber and shallot in a bowl or on a dish.

Season with salt and pepper and add oil and lemon juice.

Crumble the Domyati over the salad and garnish with basil leaves.
