Rye bread sandwich with Grilling cheese

The modern version of the traditional closed sandwich attains new heights with apricot chutney


Mix together the mayonnaise and mustard and spread onto both slices of rye bread.

Fry the grilling cheese in a pan until crisp and golden.

Rinse the rocket and place on one slice of bread.

Then add the fried Grilling cheese.

Cut the artichoke hearts in half and place them on top.

Finish with the second slice of rye bread.

Serve immediately.
