Peach skewers with honey marinade

You can also make sweet dessert recipes using grilled cheese that satisfy both sweet and salty cravings on top of a delicious dinner. Try this recipe next time you have a barbecue – or prepare them in a frying pan on a rainy day.

Method

Halve the peaches and remove the stone.

Cut the peach halves into 2 or 3 pieces.

Cut the asparagus and the cheese into small pieces.

Divide the ingredients up onto the 8 skewers.

Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade and brush it over the skewers.

Place the skewers on the barbecue/grill on a high heat and cook them until they are dark golden and the cheese is beautifully soft on all sides.

Garnish the skewers with finely-chopped fresh mint.
