Butter bean purée with salad cheese and rosemary

A delicious bean dip packed with flavour from the cumin, smoked paprika and Taverna Finest Salad Cheese. This spicy bean dip is perfect for a cosy tapas night with some good bread and tasty charcuterie or with your lunch.

Method

Drain the beans and blend them with lemon oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika and garlic.
Season the purée with salt and pepper, and fold in the stirred salad cheese and chopped rosemary. If you like, serve with freshly baked bread and charcuterie.
